Nice pic. I had a good time hanging out with our eldest son on Sunday. Me, Lisa, Amanda, and Daniel interrogated Ethan about what kind of girl he wants to marry. Here is a paraphrase of some things I remember:
Shawn: what is your list of attributes you want in a wife?
Ethan: I don't have a list.
Shawn: Well, what would be on that list.
Ethan: Oh, not much.
Shawn: What if a girl doesn't keep the word of wisdom? Is that okay?
Ethan: Well, it goes without saying that she would have to be righteous.
Lisa: What if she is big?
Ethan: There are a lot of big girls who are pretty so that's okay.
Daniel: What if she was a heroin addict?
Ethan: Well, if she has repented then that's okay.
Shawn: What if she is really messy?
Ethan: That's okay. [they would get along great]
Lisa: What if she is in a wheelchair?
Ethan: That's cool. We would do all sorts of romantic wheelchair stuff.
That last line was so funny! Ethan is a great guy and we all agreed that he would be a great catch for any Utah Valley girl. We exorted him not to fall for a mediocre girl because he deserves a lot.
Lol. Of course I meant YOUR eldest son.
that was so ethan! i just want to hug him! he really is a great guy & whoever snags him will be very lucky!
Sherita, I haven't seen the invite email.

That was cool - go Ethan! Yeah, he deserves someone wonderful! I'm glad he got to spend some time with ya'll on Sunday. Maybe he'll get to come over some on Sunday's while he's out there. And I think Kammon, Wayne's friend Kenny's son who lives in Orem, might like to come with Ethan one Sunday, if it's okay with everyone. And I'll send that invitation again for the blog.
